You ask me a question or give me your situation and I will guide you with processes to help raise your vibrations on a recorded video message. These sessions are not meant to replace actual one-on-one live coaching, but this is a great way to get you started if coaching is not in your budget, or if live chats make you uncomfortable.You must put in the work to see change. Think of me as your flashlight guiding you through the darkness, but it's up to you to walk the path!
Life Coaching is not a 1-time deal. To see the actual change take place it is best to purchase a coaching package. You would not expect to hire a gym coach for 1 gym visit and be skinny afterward, it's the same with life coaching. I offer this package as a stepping off point, so you can get started on your transformation.
